Official winner is person who responds to email from Cashhat sent to the address drawn from the hat.

Winner must respond within 96 hours, or a new winner will be drawn for that prize.

Winner must send a picture of themselves to be displayed on Winners’ List. Funds transferred via Neteller, Paypal, or a certified check will be sent after winner is confirmed and picture is received.

Anyone may enter except those prohibited by local law.

Each entry assigned a number, and winner drawn by random number generation.

One entry per household.

Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes.

Winners under the age of 18 or residing in a location where distribution of a cash prize is prohibited by law will be awarded a gift card from the winner's choice of retailer.

Cashhat is not responsible for any disruption to entrant list or entry process by a malicious virus or hacker.

About the Law : A sweepstakes is a game of chance with winners selected from a random drawing. That's us. A lottery includes an entry fee, a required purchase, or a substantial effort to enter. Cashhat is not a lottery. Legitimate sweepstakes like Cashhat are legal in most places. However if entering your email at Cashhat to win a cash prize is illegal in your location, you are prohibited from entering.
